#26: Feeding Safety with Holly Choi of Safe Beginnings

Baby feeding safety with Holly Choi

In this first episode of Season 2 of The My Little Eater Podcast, I have the pleasure of speaking with Holly Choi, co-owner of Safe Beginnings. She’s passionate about keeping your children safe, and we speak about everything involving safety while feeding. We’re discussing choking hazards, high chair safety, and how to best be prepared for a choking incident.

I have yet to meet a parent that isn’t at least a little nervous about introducing solid foods to their baby, because of their fear of them choking. It’s completely normal to feel that way, and, as Holly discusses in the episode, it helps so much to know you’re prepared for the worst case scenario. The maneuvers used to save your child when they’re choking are extremely effective, so knowing them is crucial.

Disclaimer: This topic may cause you to feel emotional, thinking about those worst case scenarios is not fun for anyone. However, please do not miss this episode because of that! It is so important to feel confident and prepared when feeding your baby, and the information that Holly shares in this episode, will help with that.

As always, please subscribe to the show, and rate and review it on Apple Podcasts – it goes a long way towards helping my tips reach more parents who could benefit from them. And, I cannot stress this enough, share this episode! Safety is important for every parent, let’s reach as many of them as we can!
