thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing this detailed information. I have to say, after speaking to a few other experts you have by far explained this topic in so much more detail. I’m a first time mum and my son is almost 3 and I have relied so much on your advice and the information you share. It has saved my sanity and I feel so much more confident in what I’m doing when it comes to nutrition and the division of responsibilities

perfect!
I just discovered this podcast a week ago and I’ve already listened to all the episodes as a FTM of an almost 1-year-old, I’ve found it to be soooo helpful and informative! I love the overlap of these eating principles with respectful parenting tendencies. It just simplifies everything about toddler eating, and as a busy mom who usually listens during nap time, the podcast format is perfect. It’s really just what I needed. Thank you!

Great and evidence-based resource for parents
As a pediatric OT specializing in feeding in the birth to 3 years population, I absolutely adore this podcast and find that it provides clear, evidence-based, and simple strategies that help make feeding doable and even fun. The fact that she incorporates related concerns such as body positivity, behavior, etc. makes it all the more well-rounded and a wonderful resource. I share this with all the families I work with.

Amazing Podcast!
This podcast is honestly such an amazing resource. Everything you need to know in manageable chunks of time, but the quality of information is never compromised. I’ve recommended this podcast to so many of my friends. It’s a great accompaniment to her courses, and just as good all on its own. Thank you, Edwena!
